A master plan is designed for larger properties, which include more than two buildings. Buildings are spaced and designed according to a language that works on the property. A master plan will be designed for your property to maximise the use of the land according to the town planning scheme. Holistic design ideas will be suggested in the design to integrate your property with its user and with the wider context.  Feasibility studies can also be completed on request.

Development proposals show the development phases to make it possible to build as you go, and easier to achieve the end product, with the more important aspects of the design constructed first.
